1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of the Vanish App ("App"). By using the App, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
Vanish is a camera app with automatic photo deletion:
- Take photos with a predefined deletion timer
- Automatic deletion after the set time expires
- OCR text recognition for captured images
- Customizable timer presets
- Widget and Siri integration
3. Important Notice About Deletion
Warning: Automatic deletion is irreversible. Deleted photos cannot be recovered. Make sure to save important photos before the timer expires.
Deletion may be delayed if:
- The app cannot refresh in the background
- The device is turned off
- Background refresh has been disabled
4. Usage Rights
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on your Apple devices. The App may not be:
- Modified or decompiled
- Redistributed for commercial purposes
- Used for illegal purposes
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We assume no liability for:
- Data loss due to early or delayed deletion
- Accidentally deleted important photos
- Technical malfunctions
- Damage caused by improper use
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including design, code, and trademarks, remain with CodeCraft.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
8. Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, Moenchengladbach, Germany.
